Senior Medical Transport with Liaison Support Program

In partnership with the Genesee County Office of Senior Services, Family Service Agency now offers a program available to Genesee County Seniors unlike anything before:

• Transport from your home to your medical appointment
• Liaison support at and during your medical appointment
• Transport to the pharmacy or grocery for dietary needs following your appointment
• Follow-up appointment transportation
• Out-of-county specialist transportation
