Jodi Pettit
In January 2026, Jodi Pettit was promoted to Program Director, succeeding Diane Hogan after an extraordinary 41 years of leadership in the role. Stepping into this position represents both a continuation of a strong legacy and an exciting new chapter for the program.
Jodi joined the Family Service Agency team in 2023 as a Representative Payee, where she quickly distinguished herself through her compassion, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the individuals we serve. She brings a wealth of experience working with the elderly and adults with disabilities, grounded in both empathy and practical expertise.
Prior to joining FSA, Jodi spent 20 years in management and human resources with Speedway Corporations. Her extensive background in leadership, team development, operations, and employee relations provides a strong foundation for guiding programs that require both heart and strategic oversight.
In less than a year at FSA, Jodi’s dedication and positive impact were recognized by her peers when she was elected to receive the Diane Brown Memory Community Impact Award—an honor given annually to one team member who exemplifies outstanding service, teamwork, and commitment to the agency’s mission.
As Program Director, Jodi leads with integrity, collaboration, and a deep respect for the clients and families we serve. Her combined experience in human services and corporate leadership positions her to continue strengthening the program while honoring its longstanding tradition of excellence.
